Fill out the return form that we will send you by email.
Prepare the product in its original condition, with all its accessories and packaging.
Ship the package to the address provided by our team. After receipt and verification, we will process the refund.
2. Valid return conditions
The product must be unused and in perfect condition, with its original packaging.
All accessories and manuals must be included.
The product must not have been modified, repaired or altered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or if the product is defective.
3. Refunds
Upon receipt and validation of the returned item, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for your purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, but we are committed to making the refund within a maximum of 14 days after validation.

You have 60 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

7. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, carriers, weather conditions, etc.).
No refund will be issued until the carrier has confirmed the loss or return of the package.
