We offer a 90-day trial on our linen bedding. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
Items must be returned clean and hygienic (no stains, strong odours, or damage beyond normal use).
Include all items from the set (e.g., fitted sheet + flat sheet + pillowcases, if applicable).
Proof of purchase is required.
Refund amount (change of mind):
We refund the product price paid for the returned item(s).
Any paid shipping (if charged at checkout) is generally not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Note: Under Australian law, businesses don’t have to offer change-of-mind refunds — but if they do, they must honour the policy as stated.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). ACCC+1
If a product has a major problem, you have the right to choose a refund or replacement. ACCC+1

For a major failure, a refund should be the full amount paid, and a business must not deduct an amount because the product was used. ACCC
Your ACL rights may apply beyond 90 days depending on what’s reasonable for the product. Your rights can’t be limited by a store policy. ACCC+1
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it’s faulty, contact us and we’ll organise the appropriate remedy (refund, replacement, or repair depending on the issue and ACL rules). ACCC+1
Change of mind (90-day trial): We provide a prepaid return label for Australian returns.
Faulty items (ACL): We cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.
